The session at the coffee shop will be driven by experiences, yours and ours, of “messing up” as a white person, or racial happenings in your lives that call out for some expression, some air time in the company of others.

We seek to create a compassionate, welcoming atmosphere, even at a  coffee shop, with Group Guidelines, and other familiar DW practices.
Some light guidance may be offered to keep responses to the speaker in the reflection, validation, accountability arena; avoiding the pitfalls of judging, fixing, or trying to “solve something” for another.
